REFUND & DAMAGE POLICY

Because each artwork is created as a custom commission, all sales are final once work has begun. Time invested in concept development, composition planning, and painting cannot be refunded.

Commission Deposits

A non refundable deposit is required to reserve a commission slot. This deposit secures your place in the schedule and covers time spent on concept development, planning, and preparation for the painting.

Deposits are non refundable under all circumstances.

Commission Balance

The remaining balance for a commission is due prior to shipment or delivery of the finished artwork.

Once a painting has been completed, payments made toward the commission are non refundable.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel a commission before work begins. In this case, the deposit remains non refundable and no additional balance will be owed.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client is accepting their right to refusal. All payments are non refundable due to the time already invested in the project.

Shipping Damage

All paintings are shipped fully insured.

If a painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

the damaged artwork
the packaging
the shipping box

A shipping insurance claim will be filed with the carrier. Please allow up to 30 days for the claim to be processed.

Once the claim has been approved, the client may choose one of the following options:

a full refund of the purchase price
a repaint of the artwork at no additional cost

If a repaint is selected, the completion timeline will be discussed and scheduled on a case by case basis.

Non Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

changes of mind after work has begun
subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style
delays caused by commission waitlists
delays caused by the artist's other professional obligations
minor variations between reference photos and the final painting
