RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and refunds are typically not allowed, though exceptions are as following:

- If an item arrives damaged, it can be replaced at no extra cost within 30 days if notified within 30 days of receiving the damaged item.

- If a commissioned painting arrives damaged, a shipping insurance claim will be filed. The client of AUTOMOTIVE ART BY SUNNI will be provided with the option for either a full refund or re-paint at no extra cost. Notification of the damaged product and decision of refund or repaint must be provided within 30 days of arrival. 30 days must be provided for the shipping insurance claim to process and release funds for either option. Repaint timeline terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
