A rear detail study of the 964 911 Turbo, centered around one of the most recognizable silhouettes in air cooled design: the whale tail.
This piece was created in the spirit of a working studio archive, where observation, proportion, surface notes, and small design details are preserved like pages from an artist's process. Rather than the traditional full vehicle portrait, this print focuses on the shapes, shadows, and visual weight of the rear wing, taillight, decklid, and bumper forms.
Printed on archival matte paper for a soft, refined finish that preserves the sketch texture, muted palette, and hand drawn notes without glare. The result is understated, tactile, and intentionally close to the feeling of an original study sheet.
